Terms and conditions
While this is the boring bit, it is important, so make sure you've read our terms and conditions before you book.
By booking with Lichfield K9 Fields, you agree to abide by the below terms.
The fields are designed for the use of dogs and not for children. By booking with Lichfield K9 Fields, you accept full responsibility of your dog(s) and children’s behaviour. Please ensure you have visibility on your dog(s) and child(ren) at all times.
We can't accept responsibility for any damages, loss, or injury that occurs on either of our fields.
Whilst our field is secure, we cannot fully guarantee that a dog couldn't escape. If you see a hole or damage in any of our fences, please report it as soon as possible to info@lichfieldk9fields.co.uk.
By booking with us, you agree to clear up your litter and/or dog mess.
When leaving the field please ensure you have picked up your dog's poop so the field is clean and tidy for the next user. There are bins and free poo bags provided on site.
We operate a zero tolerance policy for people who abuse our fields. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in a ban on future bookings.
Please discourage your dog from digging the fields as much as possible as this can result in injury for other users and their pets.
If you use the tap, please ensure it's turned off before you leave, as we don't want a boogy field!
We are unfortunately unable to give refunds. If you can't attend your booking, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before by contacting us, either by email (info@lichfieldk9fields.co.uk) or by phone 07709 180788.
Our bookings aren't weather-dependent, so we can't reschedule if you no longer wish to attend due to poor weather, unless you give 24 hours notice.
If this is your first time visiting the field, please only book one slot to make sure this is the right place for you and your dog before booking again in advance.
We allow XL bullies into our fields, providing the following conditions are met:
The dog must be registered with the index of exempt dog (IED) and a copy is obtained and provided to us
A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us
The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times
The dog is neutered – in line with the government rules
The dog is micro chipped
The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field
The dog is put back on the lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field
You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field
Those who bring non-compliant XL bullies into the field will be asked to leave and it may result in a ban on future bookings with Lichfield K9 Fields.
